What is the event attire?

Attire for NRF Nexus is what we are calling resort casual, think khakis and golf shorts and summer dresses and sweaters, but no flip-flops and shorts.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in NRF Nexus meeting spaces.

To access, turn on your wireless-ready computer or mobile device and select the Terranea Conference network.

What is the Regiception and when is it?

The Regiception is on Monday, July 15, from 3 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. on the Palos Verdes Prefunction & Terrace. Enjoy drinks, snacks, fun activities and breathtaking views. While you’re there, set up your event app and start connecting with other attendees.

Where is Registration located and what are the hours?

Registration is in the Palos Verdes Prefunction

Monday, July 15: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 16: 7:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Wednesday, July 17: 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Where can I find the event schedule?

All NRF Nexus events and sessions are listed by day in the Agenda.

How do I provide feedback on a session?

Rate sessions in the mobile app on the session page. As always, we appreciate your feedback and the help it provides our team when planning these events.

Will sessions be available On Demand?

No, sessions will not be available for On Demand after the conference.

Do I need to pre-register for the Sunrise Yoga on Tuesday and Wednesday?

No, you do not need to pre-register for this event. Feel free to join us on both days!

Do I need to pre-select my Choose your Vibe on Tuesday and Wednesday?

You do not need to pre-select your activity. There will be a signup sheet at Registration for The Studio MDR: Lagree Microformer Classes as space is limited. Feel free to join one or more each day!

Can I attend an Expert-Led Think Tank even though I did not pre-register?

Yes, feel free to find an open seat at any of the tables. Expert-Led Think Tank times can be found on the Agenda section of the mobile app.

Can I take pictures and video?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to take still pictures and video at NRF Nexus. If you upload to social media, be sure to tag @NRFNews and @NRFNexus on X and use the official hashtag #NRFNexus on all platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Note that recording (including live-streaming apps) and flash photography are not permitted in any session rooms.

Where is Lost & Found?

Lost & found is at Registration (Palos Verdes Prefunction). Any items not claimed at the end of the event will be turned over to Terranea’s lost and found.

Is there a bag check?

Attendees can store bags with Terranea bellhops.

Is there an on-site business center?

There is not a business center at Terranea.

How can I be sustainable at the event?

You won’t need to go out of your way to be sustainable at NRF Nexus. Below are easy ways you can make an individual impact on the show’s sustainability efforts.

Recycling made simple: Waste is sorted by landfill and recycling. Please use the correct bin when discarding items.

Reuse & reduce: Reusable water bottles will be given away at registration; please use throughout the event.

Be energy smart: Remember to turn off lights when leaving your hotel room and participate in Terranea’s Linen Reuse Program, which will also conserve water.
