Rick is the Senior Vice President of Digital eCommerce at Tractor Supply Company, he is an experienced executive with success managing P&L’s of over $1B, building and leading large teams, growing new businesses from idea to scale, and digitally transforming organizations and customer experiences.
In his last role, Rick led the eCommerce and Omni team at Ashley Furniture, the world's largest manufacturer and retailer of home furniture. Prior to Ashley, Rick spent 10 years at Walmart testing, iterating and scaling initiatives that enabled a world class digital customer experience and workforce. These roles spanned from new format development, site merchandising, merchandising strategy & operations and digital product management.
He has an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he earned the prestigious Tomo Suzuki Award, and a B.S. in Business & Accounting from the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Rick served on the board for the Larson’s Language Center, facilitates Junior Achievement courses, and leads technology/coding activities for local Girl Scout troops.
