Terms & Conditions

Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Requests received by June 25, 2025, will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for requests received after June 25, 2025, regardless of when the registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Substitutions
All requests for substitutions must be made in writing and cannot be made after June 25, 2025.
Age Requirement
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any part of the event under any circumstances.

Payments by check or wire transfer
If you are paying by check or wire transfer for registration, NRF must receive payment by June 25, 2025, in order to process your registration. Contact registration@nrf.com for payment information.
