- Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to NRFNEXUS@maritz.com. Requests received by June 28, 2024, will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for requests received after June 28, 2024, regardless of when the registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
- Substitutions
All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to NRFNEXUS@maritz.com and cannot be made after June 28, 2024.
- Event format requires all attendees to be senior level.
- Substitutions must be approved by NRF.
- Age Requirement
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.

If you are paying by check for registration, NRF must receive the check by June 28, 2024, in order to process payment. Contact registration@nrf.com for payment information.

- Press Attendance
NRF Nexus 2024 is closed to the press.
- Membership
Companies that are NRF members receive discounted rates for NRF Nexus and all other NRF events. For questions about NRF membership, please contact membershipinfo@nrf.com.
Hotel Information
- Hotel Booking Deadline
All rooms must be booked by June 24th, 2024.
- Cancellation Policy
First night deposit will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

- NRF is aware that sponsors and attendees are solicited about purchasing NRF's lists. These emails and the attendee lists referenced in them are not valid, and are not authorized or issued by NRF. NRF does not and has NEVER sold or rented attendee information. With today’s technology and algorithm capabilities, stopping list solicitations is impossible. NRF recommends not purchasing these lists or sharing credit card information with anyone who says they have our event lists.
