Jacob King

As Senior Vice President of Global Analytics, Data and Marketing at American Express, Jacob focuses on driving the membership experience of merchant and acquiring partner customers leveraging data, insights, and digital marketing capabilities. He also oversees the Amex Offers program. He joined American Express in 2015 leading various marketing, analytics and data teams within the Global Merchant and Network Services business. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
