Steph Rovetti is an Olympic bronze medalist with the USA Women’s Rugby Sevens team, helping lead Team USA to the first Olympic medal ever won by a U.S. men’s or women’s rugby team at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. After a career in Division I basketball for a Top-25 NCAA program, she transitioned to rugby at age 26 and went on to compete internationally for Team USA for 6 years, earning medals on the HSBC World Series circuit and at 2 Pan American Games.
Today, Steph is Director of Education at Strata Intel, where she helps organizations build sustainably high-performing teams by measuring, understanding and harnessing human strain. She combines insights from Olympic level competition with graduate training in public administration and occupational therapy to help leaders unlock human performance.
