Nicole Winnaman is the Founder and Co-CEO of VIDEOSHOPS, a technology platform that gives creators of all sizes the opportunity to build a business just by sharing the products they love across all social platforms.

Winnaman has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years and is recognized for her extensive relationships, creating some of Hollywood's most meaningful international talent partnerships. She has worked with top Fortune 500 companies such as MasterCard, Pepsi, Samsung, and Mercedes Benz and top-tier celebrities such as Justin Timberlake, Ellen DeGeneres, The Rolling Stones, and Justin Bieber. Winnaman also worked as a Producer at Disney, CBS, and FOX, where she managed catalog, IP, and brand extension deals. She was Vice President for Sony Pictures, overseeing merchandising rights for all properties and securing worldwide licensing deals from Sony Music's A-list roster. For ten years, Winnaman ran her eponymous agency, where she was hailed as one of the "Most Powerful Women in Entertainment" by Forbes Magazine as well as a "Power Player" by the Hollywood Reporter.
