Kelly Goetsch is President at Pipe17. Previously, as CPO and CSO at commercetools, he helped grow revenue from $2M to $200M over 8.5 years. Before that, he led product management for microservices initiatives at Oracle and was a senior architect at ATG (acquired by Oracle), where he oversaw all of Walmart's global ATG implementations.

Kelly co-founded the MACH Alliance, a 121-vendor consortium including Google Cloud, AWS, Stripe, and Deloitte. He is founder and president of The Commerce Operations Foundation, an 86-member vendor consortium defining the agentic commerce interface to fulfillment. The foundation's open source standard, the Order Network eXchange (onX), is being adopted by leading OMSes, 3PLs, and WMSes. Together, member vendors process over $1 trillion in GMV.

He is the author of four O'Reilly books on commerce, microservices, and cloud architecture. He holds a BS in Entrepreneurship and an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago, along with three patents including one key to distributed computing.
