Dave Potter is Senior Vice President of Technology at DXL Group, the leading omni-channel specialty retailer for Big + Tall men. With more than 30 years at DXL, he leads enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data and analytics, and digital commerce initiatives.

Dave recently led DXL’s transformation from a legacy Oracle ATG platform to a modern composable commerce architecture built on Commercetools, Algolia, Contentstack, and Netlify. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve customer experiences, drive business growth, and accelerate innovation across digital and retail channels.

A recognized retail technology leader, Dave serves on the NRF CIO Council and NRF AI Council and is a member of the Commercetools Customer Advisory Board. He regularly collaborates with industry peers on emerging commerce and AI trends. His current focus includes AI-driven personalization, agentic commerce, cloud modernization, and delivering measurable business outcomes through composable commerce.
