Christopher Thomas-Moore has served as senior vice president – chief digital officer since March 2023. In this role, he leads digital experience and loyalty, retail technology, delivery technology, operation innovations, international digital marketing, and product strategy for store systems.
Thomas-Moore previously served as Domino’s senior vice president – customer and store experience from November 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, he worked as the vice president of digital marketing, media and product innovation since February 2020. During that time, he was responsible for all digitally driven customer acquisition and retention programs, media planning (linear, nonlinear and digital), and product/menu development. Thomas-Moore joined Domino’s in 2018 as vice president of global e-commerce and digital marketing.
Prior to Domino’s, Thomas-Moore spent seven years at Extended Stay America as vice president of e-commerce and digital marketing. His career in technology and e-commerce began at Pace Communications where he led the development of white-labeled brand identities, e-commerce sites, digital marketing efforts and product lines for various clients.
Thomas-Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
